Do I need to buy anything to enter?

Yes. During the Purchase Period you must purchase a Participating Product from a Participating Retailer (Qualifying Purchase).

How do I claim the Cash Back offer?

Valid claimants must complete a claim form online at http://www.canopycashback.com.au/ during the Claim Period. Claimants must retain the original receipt/proof of purchase in order to submit a claim.

What proof of purchase do I need to provide?

Claimants must retain the original receipt/proof of purchase relating to the Qualifying Purchase. The proof of purchase must clearly state the retailer’s name, location, purchase date, product(s) purchased and that the invoice has been paid for in full.

How much Cash Back will I receive?

An approved claim will receive a $100 prepaid Eftpos card.

How and when will I receive my Cash Back?

If a claim has been deemed valid, an Eftpos card will be sent by standard mail to the residential address specified on the claim form within ten (10) business days of approval.

How many times can I make a claim?

Multiple claims are permitted. However, an Eligible Claimant may only submit one (1) claim per Qualifying Purchase, and no receipt sharing is allowed.

How do I use the Eftpos card once received?

All Eftpos cards are sent with instructions that explain how to activate and use the card. All Eftpos cards must be activated online at https://canopycashback.com.au/activate or https://indigo.cometrue.com.au/. If you are having trouble with online activation, please phone the card helpline on 1800 446 347 between 8:30am – 5:00pm AEST Monday-Friday.
